Does Twin Raven Marketing retain the rights to the artwork they create for me?

Our clients have full rights and access to the artwork we create for them, without any artwork rights fees. We offer discounts to clients if we can use the work in our portfolio. For website design, we offer discounts if we can leave a credit with a link to our website.

How much do you charge?

Our prices vary based on:

  • Client budget
  • Project timeline
  • Amount of services (we offer bundle deals for utilizing multiple services)
  • For-profit vs non-profit work (we try to accommodate smaller non-profit budgets)

Can I stop by your location to discuss my marketing needs?

While we’d love to see you, our entire team is remote! However, if you want to meet in person and you’re in the Hattiesburg, MS, or Waldorf, MD areas, you may request that Katherine (MS) or Mel (MD) meet with you to discuss your business needs over coffee (or tea)!

When are you available?

Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST.

Creative energy can be exhausting! You’ll find us resting (closed) on the following holidays:

  • Independence Day

  • Columbus Day / Indigenous Peoples’ Day

What's your website design process?

We begin all client engagements with an initial consultation, estimate, and signed contract.

The process can vary depending on your needs and budget, but here’s the general flow:

  1. You pay half of the total project cost before we begin. This ensures that third-party costs such as hosting and domain are covered when needed, and that we have team coverage throughout your project!

  2. Our team designs a “mockup” of your website. The mockup is not interactive, but it gives the client an idea of the flow, layout, and overall style of the website.

  3. You review and give us edits. Review your website mockup, leave us your feedback, and we’ll make the changes. Depending on your feedback, we may provide a new mockup or go straight into development.

  4. Once you approve the mockup, the TRM team begins site development.

  5. You pay the second half of the project cost, and then we launch your site. Don’t forget to celebrate!

  6. Typically, we include 1-2 weeks of post-launch site maintenance to iron out anything missed in development.

  7. After your site launches, you may opt for quarterly or monthly maintenance at an additional cost.

Does Twin Raven Marketing provide internships?

We offer internships to current high school and college students (special shout-out to our Alma Mater, Southern Miss!) looking to gain experience in marketing, graphic design, and website design.
